World´s End, Minnesota
Not surprisingly, no one likes being caught in the Forest of the Obitteroos at night. Although largely peaceful and quite beautiful, it has a spooky and slightly unnerving quality. The trees themselves have a presence about them. Many are older than the United States; some were around before Christopher Columbus sailed to America; and a few are rumored to be the same age as the Roman Empire. All of this time, they have been standing there, watching and waiting.
