Alfonso and Lars Adventure
by Fiorabella Cogley

Alfonso had just about learned every little detail in the entire iceberg, like when Lars had carved an entire statue out of anger and stress. Lars was very descriptive and yet he was very impolite. The one thing that was very interesting to Alfonso was the bathroom. It was all hand carved and had a passageway in the bathtub down to a small room.
“Can we check it out?” Alfonso asked.
“Err, sure, why not?”

They went down in the passage way and saw a locked door with a key hanging up. They unlocked the door to an aquarium. It had a glass roof showing all the fish in the sea.

“This is beautiful!” Alfonso exclaimed.
“Uh…not really…Sometimes it’s just a bore here…” Lars’ voice trailed off.

Then there was a big tap on the window. TAP, BANG, BOOM! TAP, BOOM, BOOM! There was a small colorful fish getting hit by a big gray fish.

“What’s happening?” Alfonso asked very terrified.
“Oh no! The Sea Water Gang is sending out their big fish!” Lars exclaimed.
“We have to help them!” Alfonso said, getting really scared.
“There is nothing we can do! No one ever gets close to the Sea Water Gang. They will kill you, Alfonso! In one stab of their sword in your arm and you’re dead!”
“I don’t care! I’m going to go save that fish and all the others.” “No! Wait Alfonso…” Lars yelled, but it was too late. He had dived in the water.

Quickly, Lars grabbed a safety jacket and goggles. He put them on and jumped right in. Lars searched for the window of the aquarium where he saw Alfonso trying to kill the fish, with cuts and blood everywhere on his arm. Lars swam very fast and started to hit the fish with punches. The fish soon backed down and swam off. Swimming back to the top, they grabbed each other’s arm.

“Are you alright?” Lars asked, worried.
“Just fine. You?”
“I’m alright as long as you’re safe.”
Alfonso quickly spotted a black thing under the sea. Alfonso swam for it. “Oh, not again,” Lars thought. He swam straight for Alfonso and could quickly tell what it was. It was the Sea Water Gang’s castle, black and slimy with green goo.

“Let’s go check it out.” Alfonso said.
“No Alfonso, it’s way too dangerous. If you step too close in their territory, you will soon die.” Lars’ voice said strongly.
“Just a little look. I promise I won’t get too close.”
Alfonso swam closer, without fear. He could not see very well through the seawater. He swam closer with just a small amount of fear. Still, he could not see, so he swam closer and closer until he was at the front door. “How did he get THAT close?” Lars thought.
“Come down, Lars! Look at it, it’s ugly yet beautiful.” Alfonso exclaimed. “Alright, fine. Wait and don’t touch anything.
He swam down and stopped. He did agree with Alfonso, it was ugly yet beautiful. With moon and star details carved, a wooden door, and black paint, it looked beautiful and ugly. Alfonso touched the door and sirens started to go off. RING INTRUDER RING INTRUDER ALERT. “Run Alfonso Perplexon! Run!!”

They started swimming to the top of the ocean, yet they didn’t make it. The swimming soldiers came out and one was fast enough to grab them. Lars pulled away and started throwing punches in many different directions. Lars soon backed away when the soldier pulled out a sword. Still with Alfonso in hand, the soldier pulled him to his chest and placed the sword under Alfonso’s neck. Lars was so startled, he froze completely.
“Help! Lars, help!” Alfonso screamed.
Lars could not take it anymore. He was filled with rage and anger. He attacked the soldier instantly. The soldier was beat with the punches he shot.

“I surrender! I surrender!!! Just please don’t hurt me!” The soldier begged.

Lars put him down and told him never to attack Alfonso, him or anyone else or he will find out and they would face consequences. The soldier’s went back to the base, shut the door and locked it. Alfonso and Lars swam back to the shore and soon Alfonso had to board the ship.
“Don’t EVER do that again. Promise?” Lars asked, making sure.
“Promise” Alfonso replied.
“All on deck!” Vice Admiral Purcheezie yelled.
Alfonso boarded the ship with Hill and soon the ship started to sail off. Lars watched in the distance as Alfonso left for the rest of his long journey.
